Here's how you can help:

• Schedule a speaker for an upcoming meeting of your PTA, neighborhood association, civic or social club, religious organization or work site.
• If you know families who need our services, tell them there is confidential help by calling Transition's Hotline (757) 723-7774
• Volunteer to help the Protect Our Kids Community Advisory Group with its public awareness campaign
